Email us
Contact hello@goaucha.com with your order number and reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a returns authorisation.

Pack it up
Place items in original packaging, unused. Attach the returns label we'll send and drop it at your nearest post office.

We inspect & approve
Once your return arrives, we inspect within 1–2 business days and approve your refund. You'll get a confirmation email immediately.

Refund received
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
